Notice for FY 2027
In accordance with Iowa Code, please find our proposed property tax levy information below. School districts must follow a state-mandated formula to determine the rate shown on this notification. Additionally, the state requires districts to publish the maximum possible tax rate by a specific deadline. Consequently, the listed rate is often higher than what is ultimately collected—as is the case this year. We will publish a subsequent notice with the actual levy rate, which we expect to be lower than the current figure. Thank you for your understanding.
