Lewis Central and Thriving Titans Thank PowerTech for Generous Donation

Lewis Central and Thriving Titans extend a heartfelt thank you to PowerTech for donating more than 600 meal kit bags to support students and families in the Lewis Central community! The donation was dropped off at Titan Hill and will be distributed to all Lewis Central school buildings. Meal kits will be sent home with students enrolled in the BackPack food program, which is made possible by grants through the Food Bank for the Heartland; students eligible for the program are those in the free or reduced lunch program.
Any remaining food will be stocked in the Thriving Titans food pantry to help additional families in need. Thriving Titans is a local nonprofit dedicated to meeting students’ essential needs— including school supplies, clothing, winter gear, hygiene products, and food—so students can come to school ready to learn. Thank you to PowerTech for this amazing donation and for stepping up to help the community in a time of need!
