707.3 Annual Financial Statement, Published

ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT, PUBLISHED

 

The Board of Directors shall cause to have published as soon as possible following the annual meeting of each year in at least one newspaper in the district a summarized statement verified by affidavit of the Secretary of the Board showing the summary of receipts and disbursements of all funds for the preceding fiscal year.  The treasurer will also furnish the board with a sworn statement from each depository showing the balance then on deposit.

Additionally, each month the schedule of bills allowed by the Board shall be published in a newspaper designated for official publications.
