203.2 Statutory Committees

The District shall establish all committees that are required by the State of Iowa (statutory committees). Membership on such committees will be in accordance with appropriate State statutes. In no case shall a committee constitute a quorum of the Board of Directors. The administration shall recommend qualifying persons to the Board for membership on statutory committees.

All meetings shall abide by the Open Meeting law.
