Policy 1001.3 - Board Meeting Communications

BOARD MEETING COMMUNICATIONS

Agendas for Board of Directors board meetings shall be submitted to those who request that information in advance of regularly scheduled board meetings. Information necessary for the consideration of items on the agenda may also be made available when requested.

The official minutes of open board meetings shall be made a matter of public record and shall be available for inspection upon request of the public.

The proceedings of each open board meeting shall be published in a newspaper designated as a newspaper for official publication within two weeks of the date of the meeting.
