Welcome to Titan Hill Intermediate. We are very excited about the opportunity to work with the children and parents of Titan Hill.

We hope everyone had an exciting, but safe summer. As we begin a new school year there are a few things we would like to cover.

The school day for students begins at 9:00 and ends at 3:30. Regular attendance and being at school on time are very important for your student’s success in school. Students may enter the building at 8:40. No student should be in the building before 8:40! Breakfast will be served from 8:40 – 9:00.

We have special procedures if you are dropping your child off in the morning and/or picking them up after school. Here is a brief description.

If you are bringing your child to LCLC before 8:20 A.M. you may pull up to the front sidewalk of the building and park. After 8:20 you must park in the lot to avoid bus traffic.
To drop your child off in the morning or pick your child up in the afternoon, we ask that you use the student drop off area at the south end of the building (by the pool). There is a concrete drive that loops back to the parking lot. The paved area in front of the school is for buses only. No cars should drive through or park in this area.

All students must be signed out through the office if they leave before the regular dismissal time. When checking your child out, parents must wait by the office area. Parents should not wait by classrooms to pick up their child. Students leaving for early dismissal will be called to the office to meet their ride.

Students who receive rides home at the end of the day will be dismissed with the first wave of buses (about 3:35). They will be escorted to the area for pick up.

All visitors and volunteers must report to the office, sign-in, and receive a visitor or volunteer badge.

It is important that students dress appropriately for school. Clothing that exposes large portions of skin (midriffs, halters, short shorts,) should not be worn. Clothing that is obscene or promotes alcohol or tobacco cannot be worn. Students will be asked to change at school or parents will be contacted to take the student home to change.

Once again, welcome back to school. These are exciting years in the educational growth of a child. We look forward to working with you, your child, and your family. Titan Hill Intermediate has a first class staff that has high expectations for all children. We know they will provide challenging opportunities for your child. Our number one goal is student growth and student learning.
