A Great Day for LCMS Band students!
Congratulations! to the Lewis Central Middle School band students who earned a position in the South West Iowa JH/MS honor bands. Getting ready for this audition takes a huge commitment and many hours of practice. Way to go Lewis Central MS band! We are proud of all the students who auditioned at Clarinda - a great showing!

The honor band festival will be held in
Atlantic this year on Nov 13, 2009 during the school day with the
concert at 7:30 PM. 8th grade band students who are sitting
at the top of their sections will most likely be asked to perform
in the All-Iowa band in May in Des Moines. This announcement will
be made at the honor band concert on Nov 13.
