Grading Period=the term for which grades are reported. This happens 6 times per year, once near the midpoint of each trimester and once at the end of each trimester.
Cutoff Date=the last date that teachers are permitted to collect grades for that grading period.
Grades Submitted by=the last date for teachers to have grades entered into our system.
Grades Sent Home=the date that the grade report is sent home. At midterm, we send two copies home with students. At the end of Trimesters, we mail the report cards to the home address.
