As you change cell phones, addresses, or employment, please make sure that we have your most current information. It is critical in the event of a playground accident or a student illness that we be able to reach you. Also, please provide us with the names and phone numbers of trusted neighbors, friends, or relatives that would be willing to come to the school for your child if we cannot first reach you.
