Teacher of the Month Recommendation Form

The teaching staff at Lewis Central Middle School work very hard to provide students with a quality education.  They continually research ways to make learning interactive and interesting.  If you feel that a teacher has gone above and beyond for the education of their students, please complete the Teacher of the Month Recommendation Form .  You can email the form to JDermody@lewiscentral.k12.ia.us or send the form in to the LC Middle School office with your student.  Thank you for your support!
