As you enter the Wordware website you will be prompted to complete a new registration form.

 At this point you may; 1) complete the new registration (recommended if you have the time) or; 2) “close this message”. This allows you to quickly complete your viewing of the family account. Eventually, you will need to complete the new registration, probably within the month of September, 2011.

We have created a guide for families to assist you in converting your Family ID and PIN to a username and password. It is our hope that this will be helpful to you in easing the conversion process.

  If you choose to register, please follow these steps very carefully.

  1) To do this you will be asked to fill out a “new user” form.

 2) This new user form will require you to use the first name and last name as it appears on your account (This is critical, do not use any other letters than what appears on your current account. For instance if you account is set up BILL & KATHY (first name) SMITH (last name)

 3) The user name, e-mail, and password are your unique words and Food Service does not have access to them. Please note that the password requires a combination of lower case, upper case and one number.

Please write these down as foodservice cannot help you if these are forgotten!!!

 Please take the time to fill out the address and phone information. We would like your address and phone to be updated as we use them frequently to send out statements, make contact with families.

 4) The next step in the registration is you will receive an e-mail notification that you have registered.

 5) You MUST click on the link to complete registration or else registration is not complete. You will then be directed to the Wordware website where you activate the account using your [new] “user name”

 6) You are now able to log in with your “new name” and “new password” that you used during the registration process.
