Policy 803.5 - Payroll Periods

PAYROLL PERIODS

It shall be the policy of the Board of Directors that district personnel of the school district be paid monthly or semi-monthly in accordance with the length of service stated on their contracts, or as otherwise provided in the Master Contracts and Agreements between the Board and the certified bargaining units and other employee groups. All personnel shall be paid on the 1st and/or15th day of each month, depending upon contract requirement. If the 1st falls on a weekend, payment will be made on the first banking day thereafter. If the 15th falls on a weekend, payment may be made on the prior business day.
