Policy 402.4 - Licensed Personnel Assignment

LICENSED PERSONNEL ASSIGNMENT

Determining the assignment of each licensed employee is the responsibility of the Superintendent. In making such assignments the Superintendent shall consider the qualifications of each licensed employee and the needs of the school district.

The requirements stated in the Master Contract between employees in that licensed collective bargaining unit and the Board regarding assignment of such employees shall be followed.
