Call to Order: Board President Dorene Scheffel called the work session to order at 5:30 p.m. At roll call, the following board members responded as present: Ms. Adkins, Mr. Hendrix, Mr. Livingston, Mrs. McDaniel, Mr. Stoufer and Mrs. Scheffel. Mr. Weilage arrived late.

Administrators: Administrators present were Dr. Mark Schweer, Dr. Joel Beyenhof, Dave Black, Mike Hale, Dale Kreher

Guests in Attendance: DeAnna Struck, Tim Johnson (Nonpareil) 

Discussion Items:
Activity Budget Work Session
Dr. Beyenhof, Mike Hale and DeAnna Struck spoke about the fundraising efforts of the various team, clubs and groups. The Board expressed concern that they didn’t know if the fundraiser was successful as they approve bills for payment. A report will be generated to give the Board fundraising results. Budgeting was also a topic of discussion, they would like to know actual to budget as they approve bills. Discussion also centered around the Booster Club and how their contributions are dispersed within the Activity account. Various reports will be generated and given to the Board to provide the requested information.
