DISCIPLINARY HEARING
MONDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2011
Un-Official Minutes

Call to Order:  Board President Dorene Scheffel called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of a student disciplinary matter.   At roll call, the following board members responded as present:  Bob Hendrix, Ron Stazzoni, Darryl Weilage and Dorene Scheffel.  Tracy Bruun, Rob Livingston and Amie Studer were absent.

Administrators:  Administrators present were Dr. Mark Schweer, Chuck Story and Dale Kreher  

At 6:02 pm Mr. Hendrix made a motion to move into Closed Session.  Mr. Weilage seconded.  Discussion:  None  Carried: 4-0

At 6:13 pm Mr. Hendrix motioned to return to Open Session.  Mr. Stazzoni seconded.  Discussion:  None    Carried: 4-0

Formal action will be taken during the Board of Education Meeting which will immediately follow this special meeting.

Adjournment:

With no further business before them, at 6:10 p.m. Mr. Hendrix made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Mr. Stazzoni seconded the motion which passed unanimously by voice vote.
